Chili by the cup or the bowl, a special every weekday, and the sides that go with them. Prices are what you pay at the counter.
Chili
Every chili comes as a cup, a bowl, chili mac with spaghetti or chili mac with macaroni. Pintos, cheese and onions on top, cornbread on the side.
Very spicy. The hottest one on the board.
Greek in origin, built on cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Ohio transplants know it as Skyline.
Ground vegetables and textured vegetable protein.
The mild one. Popular with wimps, traditionalists and kids alike.
Daily specials
Two sides and a piece of bread with each one. Mashed potatoes are so good they only come out on Mondays.
Options change daily. Ask what came out of the oven.
Bountiful burgers
Kaiser or onion roll, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, ketchup. Chips or cole slaw with it, any other side for $1.50 more.
Sandwiches
Kaiser or onion roll, whole wheat, or rye pumpernickel. Chips or cole slaw with it.
Any one of the four chilis goes on it.
Vegetable plates
Pick from the side list. Every side is vegetarian except the green beans and the pinto beans.

Munchies
Your choice of chili with refried beans, cheddar and jalapenos. Sour cream or salsa, both for $1.20 more.

Soups and salads
Tortilla chips, salad mix, your chili, pintos, cheddar, onions, salsa and sour cream.
A scoop, your choice of side, and crackers.
Diced ham and turkey, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, onion, hard boiled egg and cheddar.
